This standard applies to liquid asphaltic materials in the form of aqueous emulsion of the mineral colloid type for use in combination with mineral aggregates, hydraulic setting agents such as portland cement or gypsum, and water to make cold mastic flooring mixtures for hand-finished and power-floated applications.
